Sustainability Report

The report describes BD's FY2018 progress against its 2020 sustainability goals across environmental, social and governance priorities. It reports a 75% reduction in normalized Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions and renewable energy at 45% of total energy. The company also established inclusion and diversity governance through a Global Inclusion Council and expanded workforce programs. Following the integration of Bard into its health and safety metrics, BD reported no fatalities during FY2018.
