Corporate Sustainability Report

The report highlights BD's FY 2024 progress on its sustainability strategy, including a 20% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions from the 2019 baseline and 44% of electric power from renewable sources. It sets a company-wide net-zero GHG commitment across the value chain by FY 2050 and reports 2,079 supplier desktop assessments covering 76% of in-scope spend. BD also reports more than 70,000 associates and over 570,000 healthcare professionals trained on BD solutions.
