Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report presents the Group's 2019 ESG performance across environmental hygiene, hazardous waste, and electronic-waste operations. It reports 33,242 employees, total GHG emissions of 63,438.21 tons, total energy consumption of 220,063.08 MWh, and total water consumption of 8,671,411.74 tons. The Group describes an ESG governance structure in which the Board formulates ESG strategy and goals and management implements them, alongside a 2019 materiality survey covering 14 issues. It also reports zero safety and environmental accidents during the period and extensive community, poverty-alleviation and environmental education activities.
