Overview

The report presents the company’s 2022 sustainability strategy, ESG governance and double-materiality approach across the Belfius Group. It reports a total 2022 carbon footprint of 20.5 million tonnes CO2 equivalent, including financed emissions representing 99% of the total, and describes the Group’s first financed-emissions inventory. The report also highlights 6,715 staff members, 40.3% women in management and the Group’s reporting under GRI, TCFD and other responsible-finance frameworks.
