Overview

The report presents Belfius Group's first CSRD/ESRS Sustainability Statement, built on a double materiality assessment covering impacts, risks and opportunities across the value chain. It reports 2024 operational emissions of 163,843 metric tonnes of CO2e and own-operations energy consumption of 20,294 MWh, with renewable sources representing 65%. The Group counted 7,198 employees at year-end and disclosed a 41.2% women-on-board ratio. The sustainability information received a first-year limited assurance engagement from KPMG.
