Corporate Responsibility Report

Overview

The report describes Bellway's 2015/16 Corporate Responsibility programme across environmental, workforce and community priorities. Group emissions including inventory plots and recharged office utilities were 22,334 tonnes CO2e, and the footprint was independently verified by Zeco Energy to a reasonable assurance level. Construction waste diversion improved to 95.9%, while total charitable donations reached £284,704. Bellway also reported 2,387 employees at 31 July and continued investments in training, apprenticeships and employee development.
