Annual Report and Accounts

The report presents Bellway's 2021 performance across its Corporate Responsibility programme, highlighting a 24.0% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions per home sold and achievement of its 10% target two years early. It reports 69.2% renewable electricity, 8.9 tonnes of waste per completed home and 99.4% waste diversion from landfill. Bellway also reports a first employee engagement survey with a 72% response rate. The report includes its first TCFD disclosure while acknowledging that the disclosure does not yet meet the recommendations in full.
