The report describes the company’s expansion of DX and reskilling initiatives, including approximately 800 DX personnel and extensive employee training. It also reports strengthened sustainability governance, with a Sustainability and ESG Promotion Committee reporting to the Board. Climate targets were revised toward the 1.5°C level and certified by the SBT Initiative, while disclosed GHG emissions were independently verified.
