Annual Report

The report presents Berkeley's new ten-year Vision 2030 strategy, focused on sustainable placemaking, climate action, nature recovery and employee experience. It reports SBTi-validated targets to reduce direct emissions by 50% and home-related carbon intensity by 40% by 2030, while maintaining carbon-neutral direct operations. For 2020/21, the Group had 2,705 employees, completed 3,254 homes and contributed £204m through affordable housing and wider community benefits. Its nature programme included 42 net biodiversity gain strategies and 480 acres of new or improved habitat.
