Sustainability Performance Report

The report highlights Berkeley Group's 77% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 market-based emissions since its 2019 baseline and its progress toward the 2045 net-zero goal. It reports 56 sites committed to on-site biodiversity net gain and more than 580 acres of habitat set to be created or improved. The company also reports 388,765 tonnes of waste generated and a 10% reduction in water consumption compared with 2022/23.
