Sustainability Report

The report describes BJC's 2019 sustainability performance across its group operations, including 40,491 full-time employees, 3,099,159.63 MWh of total energy consumption, and 23,562,703 kWh of solar energy generation. It also reports reductions in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and sets 2025 intensity-reduction targets compared with a 2016 base year. The report covers materiality, climate and energy, water, waste, human rights, occupational health and safety, diversity, and community programs.
