Non-financial Report

The report is Berlin Hyp's first ESRS-based non-financial report and is grounded in a double materiality assessment. It reports 1,606 thousand t CO2e of gross Scope 3 emissions, all attributed to financed investments, alongside a 646-person workforce. Its decarbonisation pathway targets carbon neutrality by 2050, and the report includes a limited assurance engagement.
