Annual Report

The report presents Bertelsmann's 2025 consolidated sustainability disclosures in accordance with ESRS, voluntarily applied as a framework, and reports a 2030 climate target of a 50 percent reduction from the 2018 base year. It reports total energy consumption of 995,093 megawatt hours and gross Scope 1 emissions of 137,455 tons CO2e and Scope 3 emissions of 2,508,816 tons CO2e for 2025. The sustainability statement received limited assurance from KPMG.
