Overview

The report covers the Group's 2018 ESG policies and selected operating KPIs, including emissions, workforce, training, safety, product responsibility, anti-corruption, and community activity. It reports 34,660.6 Tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions and 9,153.1 Tonnes of non-hazardous waste alongside 7.9 Tonnes of hazardous waste. The Group employed 6,967 full-time employees at year-end and provided 69,057 training hours. The report also records one construction-accident fatality in Sri Lanka while reporting zero workplace-accident fatalities across all operating locations.
