Annual Review

The report reviews Better Shelter's 2022 humanitarian work, including delivery of 12,526 shelters to 13 countries and vaccination support through RHU hubs in India. It sets a 2030 goal to provide safe and dignified shelters, classrooms and clinics to 1 million displaced people. Its environmental disclosure presents a life-cycle analysis estimating approximately 530 kg CO2 equivalents per RHU and identifies ISO 14021:2016, ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 as the relevant standards. The report also describes labour commitments, anti-corruption controls and a focus on SDG Goals 9, 11, 13 and 17.
