Overview

The report documents BPCL's FY 2012-13 economic, environmental and social performance across its Indian operations. It reports 100% completion of MOU targets covering education, water conservation and livelihood, including outreach to 50,000 children and 20 villages converted from water scarce to water positive. Environmental disclosures include 4.18 million tonnes of refinery GHG emissions and extensive energy, water and waste data. The workforce section reports 13,213 permanent employees and safety performance for employees and contractors.
