Annual Report

The report describes BPCL's FY 2025-26 progress toward a lower-carbon energy portfolio, including its commitment to achieve Net Zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2040, expansion of renewable energy and green hydrogen, and implementation of energy-conservation initiatives. It reports total water consumption of 33,711.59 TKL, extensive recycling and Zero Waste to Landfill certification across operating locations. Social highlights include 41,513 employees and workers including contract workforce, 113 million refinery man-hours without Lost Time Accidents, and continued CSR initiatives spanning healthcare, education, skills and community development.
