Annual Report and Accounts

The report describes the company's FY22 progress under its Resourceful, Responsible sustainability strategy, including Scope 1 and 2 reduction goals, Scope 3 analysis and a commitment to the Science Based Targets initiative. It sets a 50% reduction target from the 2019 baseline by 2030 and a net-zero target by no later than 2050. The report also highlights improved gender representation, with women comprising 42.9% of the Board at 31 March 2022 and 20% of the overall workforce.
