Annual Report

The report says the Group's 2025 results were hit by lower South African mining production, higher costs and weaker coal prices. It describes the agreed GoedeHoop North asset acquisition, which remained subject to outstanding approvals. The company aligned its climate disclosures to TCFD recommendations and reported group emissions and energy use for the year. Its greenhouse-gas table gives total gross emissions of 59,503 CO2e tonnes and energy consumption of 92,828,105 kWh.
