Annual Report

The report describes BLD Plantation's revised Sustainable Palm Oil Policy and its sustainability governance structure, with sustainability oversight assigned to the Board and Group Sustainability Management Committee. During the year, a plantation in the Miri region received revised MSPO certification, while certification upgrades for other operations remained ongoing. The report also presents 2025 performance data, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, total energy consumption, waste generated, water used, and work-related fatalities.
