The report describes Blencowe's continued advancement of the Orom-Cross Definitive Feasibility Study, including site design work and testing of purified graphite products with prospective offtakers. The company says it shipped 600 tonnes of bulk sample to China and generated approximately 7-8 tonnes of purified SPG for OEM testing, and announced its first offtake MOU in 2024. By year-end, it had received US$3.5 million of a US$5 million DFC technical-assistance grant and had been awarded full Minerals Security Partnership accreditation. The report also describes a revised ESIA and TCFD disclosures, while emissions metrics and reporting systems remained under development.
