ESG Report

The report presents BOC Aviation's 2022 ESG efforts across five global offices, covering environmental, social and governance performance. It highlights 100% carbon neutrality for direct emissions through offset purchases and reports 1,188 tonnes of total CO2 emissions, with emissions per average headcount down 42% from 2019. The workforce comprised 192 employees with 50% female representation, while employee development included 4,227 training hours. Board-level ESG oversight was assigned to the Board and its Risk Committee, and community work generated over 1,300 employee volunteer hours.
