Overview

The report presents the Group's first CSR report prepared under GRI G3.1 and describes CSR governance through a senior-management committee reporting to the board. It reports quantified 2011 environmental actions, including recycling 76,041 kilograms of recyclable materials, saving 4.2 million A4 sheets and saving 1.7 million kilowatt-hours of electricity.
