Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report presents the Group's 2016 CSR performance across governance, employees, environmental protection, community investment, and supply-chain management. It reports 12,836 employees and company-wide GHG emissions of 58,929 tonnes, comprising Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions. Environmental initiatives included reductions in energy and water use, while BOCHK and the Foundation donated over HK$13 million to 28 charity projects. The report was prepared in accordance with GRI G4 and the HKEx ESG Reporting Guide.
