Sustainability Overview

The report presents Bolt's 2025 gross greenhouse gas emissions inventory of 2,453,715.38 tCO2e and its SBTi-validated target to reduce Scope 3 emissions per kilometre by 51.6% by 2030 from a 2022 base year, on a pathway to net zero across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 by 2040. It also describes a completed Double Materiality Assessment and a cross-functional ESG Committee that reviews sustainability targets quarterly. Bolt reports that it completed the transition to 100% renewable electricity across Bolt-controlled sites by the end of 2025.
