Overview

The report presents Boreo's third annual sustainability report under the VSME basic module, covering the Group's 23 companies and 360 employees. It highlights completion of a 2025 double-materiality assessment, identifying climate change, own workforce, workers in the value chain, consumers and end-use, and business conduct as significant topics. Reported climate metrics include 1,073.4 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions and 209.0 tCO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions. The Group reports zero work-related fatalities for 2025.
