Overview

The report presents Bosch's 2018 sustainability performance across its global operations, covering 409,881 associates and consolidated environmental, social, supply-chain, and community topics. It sets a group-wide ambition for carbon neutrality by 2020, supported by 7,844 GWh of energy consumption and detailed greenhouse-gas reporting. The report also covers resource use, waste, water, workforce safety, diversity, and community investment. It is Bosch's first report prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards: core option, although no external assurance was sought.
