Overview

The report describes 95 percent green electricity and 121 GWh of on-site renewable generation in 2022, alongside a 15 percent absolute Scope 3 reduction target by 2030 from a 2018 baseline. It reports 7,696 GWh of energy use, 19.13 million m3 of water withdrawal, and 678,260 metric tons of waste, of which 86 percent was recyclable. Bosch reports no fatal workplace accidents in 2022 and a 19.2 percent share of women across management levels. Scope 3 emissions were 382.1 million metric tons of CO2 in 2021; 2022 Scope 3 figures were not available when the report went to print.
