Overview

The report describes Bosch's 2024 sustainability performance across climate action, circular economy, and people. The Bosch Group remained carbon neutral for Scope 1 and 2, while reporting 531 million metric tons of gross GHG emissions and a 30 percent absolute Scope 3 reduction target by 2030. Waste generated fell to 617,570 metric tons, with 87 percent recycled. The report also highlights progress in diversity, including women representing 28.9 percent of the total workforce and 20.4 percent of management.
