Performance Report

The report describes Boston Scientific's 2024 progress in serving more than 44 million patients with a workforce of more than 53,000 employees. It highlights achievement of 100% renewable electricity at key manufacturing and distribution sites and SBTi approval of net-zero, science-based targets covering Scopes 1, 2 and 3. The report also provides full-company 2024 emissions data, including 87,567 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 112,861 tCO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions and 9,854 tCO2e of market-based Scope 2 emissions.
