Sustainability Report

The report reviews BP's 2017 sustainability performance across energy transition, safety, human rights, communities, environment, people and governance. It emphasizes a 3.5Mte sustainable GHG-emissions reduction target through 2025 while reporting 50.5 Mte CO2e of direct GHG emissions and 0.5Mte reductions in 2017. Women represented 34% of BP's population and 23% of its board, alongside a goal of 30% board representation by 2020. Ernst & Young performed limited assurance on selected performance data and statements.
