Overview

The report presents Bracell's 2021 sustainability performance after completion of Project Star, which expanded Brazilian capacity to 3 million metric tons of kraft pulp and 2 million metric tons of dissolving pulp. It reports climate-positive operations, with total emissions of 636,549 tCO2e and a carbon balance of -5,334,303 tCO2e. Group water consumption was 8,248,978.53 m3, while Bracell Social implemented 26 projects and benefited more than 100,000 people.
