Overview

The report presents Brenntag's 2019 sustainability programme across safety, environmental protection, employee development and supply-chain responsibility. It reports 244,414.91 tonnes of CO2 emissions for Scope 1 and 2, a Group accident rate of 1.9, and 17,492 employees at year-end. Brenntag reports in accordance with the GRI Standards, participates in the UN Global Compact and received a CDP climate rating of C. The report also reproduces PwC's limited-assurance report on the separate non-financial Group report.
