Overview

The report presents Brenntag's new Future Sustainable Brenntag ESG strategy, including a 2045 Scope 1 and 2 net-zero target and a 40% absolute emissions reduction target by 2030 against 2020. It reports a 2021 transition toward renewable electricity and continued climate-management improvements, including selected Scope 3 disclosures. The report also covers extensive employee, safety, supply-chain and EU Taxonomy information. PwC provided limited assurance over the separate non-financial Group report.
