CSR Report

The report presents Bridgestone's 2013 CSR priorities through technology innovation, sustainable-materials research, and Group-wide safety management. It highlights the ologic tire technology, which combines fuel efficiency and grip performance while contributing to CO2 reductions. The report also describes efforts toward 100% sustainable materials, including renewable natural-rubber sources and replacing fossil resources. Occupational safety activities covered 190 production and logistics sites, where 21 serious injuries were reported in 2013.
