Sustainability Report

The report describes Bridgestone Group's 2018 rollout of its Global Human Rights Policy, Global Sustainable Procurement Policy and Code of Conduct under Our Way to Serve. It reports a 33 percent reduction in CO2 emissions per net sales from the 2005 baseline and a 37 percent reduction in water withdrawal per unit. The ESG tables report 143,509 employees, 1,885 thousand t-CO2 Scope 1 emissions and 135,670 thousand t-CO2 Scope 3 emissions, alongside third-party verification of environmental, human-resource and safety data.
