Overview

The report presents BAT's 2024 sustainability update across climate, nature, circularity and communities. BAT submitted its Net Zero GHG targets to SBTi for validation and reported 45.1% renewable energy use across its own operations. Operational waste generated was 110.6 thousand tonnes, while 1.3% was sent to landfill and the recycling rate reached 88.1%.
