Corporate Responsibility Report

Overview

The report is Britvic's first Corporate Responsibility Report since becoming a public company and covers Great Britain, excluding Ireland and Britvic International. It describes board-level Corporate Responsibility representation and a Corporate Responsibility Committee, alongside environmental results including a 72% reduction in waste to landfill since 2002, a 14.6% reduction in water ratio since 2002 and a 22.8% reduction in CO2 per tonne since 2000. It also reports 11,064 tonnes of packaging material removed annually, rollout of an Ethical Trading Policy to ingredients and packaging suppliers, and £430k contributed to communities in 2007/8.
