Annual Report

The report covers a year in which the Marillana project remained undeveloped and no mining activities were undertaken. The company reports office-related Scope 2 emissions of 9,951.13 kg CO2, while Scope 1 is described as not significant and Scope 3 as not applicable. The Group's total workforce was 14 employees, and it reported no work-related fatalities or injuries resulting in lost days. ESG oversight remained with the Board, supported by the Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability Committee.
