Overview

The report describes ESG management as fully integrated into the company's due diligence and investment management, overseen by Brookfield's ESG Steering Committee. In 2019, Brookfield and the Partnership began working toward TCFD alignment, while Brookfield completed its first GHG emissions inventory at the asset-manager level for 2017 and 2018. Portfolio initiatives included PD Ports joining Operation Clean Sweep and Peak Infrastructure launching the RoadSafe "ZeroHarm" application. Subsequent to year-end, Brookfield and its listed issuers became signatories to PRI.
