The report says BT achieved a 60% cumulative reduction in carbon-emissions intensity compared with 1997. It reports £31.9m of community investment in 2012 and around 50,000 employee volunteer days. The company also extended its confidential ethics hotline to 62 countries, covering 96% of its employee population.
