Annual Report

The report describes BT's 2018/19 workforce of 106,700 full-time equivalent people across 60 countries. It highlights the company's pledge to become a net zero carbon emissions business by 2045 and its target to reduce carbon emissions intensity by 87% by 2030 against a 2016/17 baseline.
