Digital Impact and Sustainability Report

The report makes digital skills a central pillar of BT's digital impact and sustainability strategy, with a target to reach 10 million people in the UK by 2025. It reports a pledge to become a net-zero carbon emissions business by 2045 and describes progress on operational emissions and renewable electricity. The report also covers human and digital rights, supplier practices, circularity, employee development and wellbeing, supported by a group-wide environmental management system.
