Digital Impact and Sustainability Report

The report describes BT's 2019/20 progress across digital inclusion, climate action and strong people foundations. Highlights include a 42% reduction in carbon intensity since 2016/17, a 3.1:1 customer carbon-abatement result achieved one year early, and 25% women on the Board. It also reports worldwide waste generation of 40.5 Ktonnes and continued leadership recognition through CDP's A List.
