Digital Impact and Sustainability Report

The report records that BT reached its 10m digital-skills support goal five years early and extended its ambition to reach 25m people by March 2026. It reports 100% renewable electricity worldwide and a 29% year-on-year cut in operational Scope 1 and 2 emissions, while extending the 2045 net-zero target to include its supply chain. BT also increased its supplier-emissions reduction target to 42% by March 2031 and described a new responsible-tech strategy and principles.
