Responsible Business Addendum

Overview

The report presents BT Group's FY26 responsible business performance through a refreshed double materiality assessment covering environmental, social and governance priorities. It reports global Scope 1 emissions of 126,803 tonnes CO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 396,330 tonnes CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions of 2,504,064 tonnes CO2e. The addendum also provides detailed workforce, inclusion, health and safety, pay-gap, waste, water and energy disclosures for 79,390 employees. ESG reporting was independently verified by LRQA against ISAE 3000.
