Overview

The report presents BTS Group's first sustainability disclosure for 2012/13, covering governance, fair business practices, human rights, employees, customers, community and environment. The company reports 3,357 employees and 197.2mn SkyTrain passengers during April 2012-March 2013. It estimates that SkyTrain fuel reduction was equivalent to approximately 200,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions and highlights energy-saving measures such as LED lighting and operating strategies. Community initiatives included elephant conservation, badminton support and scholarships.
