Sustainability Report

The report presents BTS's 2022 sustainability work across business ethics, workplace equality, climate impact, social responsibility, and EU Taxonomy reporting. The company reported 1,180 employees, with women representing 54% of the year-end workforce and 50% of the Board of Directors. BTS's estimated flight footprint was 6,000 tons of carbon dioxide, 70% below 2019, while its Rainforest Trust investments continued to support rainforest protection. The report also describes BTS Social Impact programs and reports on Taxonomy-eligible and aligned CAPEX and OPEX.
