Overview

The report describes Burberry's 2013/14 workforce of 10,604 employees and its efforts to promote diversity and equal opportunities. It sets out a Human Rights Policy covering the workforce, supply chain and customers, alongside environmental targets addressing energy, water, transport and renewable energy. The report quantifies Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions using the GHG Protocol. Selected statements and performance data received limited external assurance from Ernst & Young LLP.
