The report records a new high for Components, Services & Support order intake, up 15.0% from the prior fiscal year. It also reports that workplace accident-related lost days fell to 49 in 2011, after an initiative to reduce them. Environmental measures included improved manufacturing and logistics efficiency, waste sorting and recycling, and efforts to stabilize electricity consumption.
